To join doTERRA and become a Wellness Advocate, there is a $35 membership cost. Think of it as a club membership. You pay it once a year and you are sent rewards. In DoTerra’s case, each year when you renew (after the first year), it’s only $25 and they send you a FREE 15ml Peppermint oil after each renewal (Peppermint oil wholesale cost is $20.50).
With that said, you can get your membership cost ($35 value) WAIVED when you purchase a doTERRA Enrollment Kit.
When I enrolled as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate I was incredibly eager to get started and didn’t really take the time to look at all the different enrollment kits and what was the most economical.
At the time, I enrolled with the enrollment fee and an Intro Kit, giving me very little to work with. I quickly purchased more oils and then did that again. When I did the math I realized that had I started out with the Diamond Kit I would have saved approx. $400, but I would have started earning 30% on all my future orders (I make monthly purchases). The 30% quickly adds up and can be redeemed for FREE product.
