  1. Adding 1-2 drops of grapefruit to an 8 oz glass of water creates a refreshing drink that can be beneficial to your digestion, kidneys and lymphatic system.
  2. Fighting infection.  Make a capsule that contains ONGUARD blend, OREGANO, and THYME.  Take 1-2 capsules twice a day to help eliminate bacterial and viral infections.  If you are not used to taking essential oils internally, then you would begin with 1 capsule morning and evening.  After 2 days, you could increase to 2 capsules.  Continue taking until at least 3 days after all symptoms are gone. For best results take PB ASSIST probiotic in between doses.

  3. The single oils of AROMATOUCH TECHNIQUE  can be layered on the bottoms of the feet daily to enhance healthy immune function.NOTE:  These oils are considered “hot” which means that they can cause skin sensitivity.  If there is skin sensitivity, use a pure vegetable oil and the sensitivity should subside within minutes.

  4. LEMONGRASS essential oil can be applied topically along the swollen gland and behind the ear.  It is especially helpful in supporting the lymphatic system.
  5. FRANKINCENSE can be applied topically over the lymph nodes to reduce inflammation.
  6. Be sure to cup your hands over your nose and inhale deeply after applying each oil.
